The Farm- Capay California
The Capay Gold Farm was born from the vision of Dennis and Suzanne Robbins of Santa Rosa. Their weekend hobby and all encompassing love of olive oils lead to the creation of 10 acres of very unique Spanish Varietal Olives planted in 2008.
Our Varietals are not what everyone else grows. These were selected for their unique flavor profiles, from the best Spain has to offer. They aren't the easiest to grow, or harvest so they don't appeal to all growers;But they are simply the best tasting Spanish Olives we could find
